Return Policy:

All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) which can be obtained through email, phone, or through ‘My Account.’ RMA’s must be requested within 14 days of receipt. All items must be returned in the same condition in which they are received.

All software and CD’s sold separately (not included with the textbook) are non-returnable.

Reasons to request RMA;

• Book in not in promised condition
• Incorrect book received

All other returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee

Shipping Policy:

All orders will be shipped within 48 hours or two business days of receipt of the orders, with most orders being shipped same or next day.
